Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. International shipping is coming soon!

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times vary based on location:

• U.S. & Puerto Rico: 7-10 business days after production
• International: Coming soon

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you have an issue, please email us at solynieve.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
